We accept donations of new and gently used arts and crafts supplies of all kinds. Not only does it reduce waste, we can offer affordable, preloved materials in smaller quantities to you! It makes it easier for you to try new techniques and art forms guilt-free!
Please reach out if you have a large quantity of materials to donate!
Store credit may be available, depending on condition and quantity.

Items we always accept:
- Yarn, crewel wool and embroidery floss
- Beads and jewelry findings
- Fabric and sewing notions
- Linens and vintage goods
- Painting supplies and tools, including canvas, mediums, and related
- Collage and scrapbook materials, including ephemera
- Picture frames and artwork
- Sewing machines and craft machines
- Tools, including older/manual/vintage
- Supplies or tools that can be refilled/parts replaced in the current market
- Large collections of items like marbles, spools, beads, board game and puzzle pieces, and similar
This is not an exhaustive list! We take in a lot of oddball items, which is great when y’all come looking for those same items!
*Items we do not keep:
- Glitter
- Floral and craft foam
- Beads (plastic, perler)
- Sticky Foam
- Plastic and polyresin decor items (other than re-purposeable or blanks)
- Polymer clay and kiln-fired clay materials
*These are items we may take on a case by case basis, but that we generally pass on to our friends at Art Salvage or elsewhere.
We never accept:
- Any highly volatile or toxic compounds that require special disposal or handling
- Materials that are excessively dirty, greasy, soiled, or smelly. We do not want to invite pests into our natural materials!
- Broken/damaged materials that cannot be rescued. Crayons, colored and non-colored pencils, pastels, and chalk and similar are exceptions.
How to Donate
- Please place all donations into containers or bags that can be recycled or reused, and that you do not wish to have returned to you.
- We love getting bags for life and other sturdy-handled sacks we can offer back to customers (we don’t charge for these bags as we do not buy new ones ever!)
- For small donations (2 reusable bags or less), you may drop them by during business hours unless other arrangements are made.
- For large donations (3 reusable bags/1 box or more) contact us to arrange a drop-off time.
- For items you wish to be evaluated for store credit, items in one bag or less may be done during business hours. This is for items we carry on a regular basis. Any larger quantities and/or less common materials will likely take more time so please contact us!
